Two months without taking a delivery will result in your account will be marked as Inactive.
Reactivating your account is simple, if you've completed your registration in the past 5 months you will need to email driver@ideliverthat.com with photos of your bags.
If you've completed registration over 5 months ago you will need to submit a new registration, provide proof of delivery equipment, and have a current motor vehicle report (MVR).

Proof of MVR and catering equipment must be sent to recruiting@ideliverthat.com.
