The Driver’s Assistance portal will be one of your best resources when utilizing the DeliverThat platform. You can access quick information on policies and troubleshooting scenarios and even access your own Community with drivers from your local metro!
Using your Help Center
The most convenient way to use the help center is to navigate through the “search” function. All of the written articles have been “tagged” with keywords. For instance, if you need to update your banking information, you can simply search “bank info” in the search bar, and the correct article would populate.
In the education section, you can find articles specific to new drivers, our Driver Tip of the Week series, DeliverThat policies, and any possible troubleshooting of the delivery process.
