DeliverThat's Profesoinalism policy includes a 50% charge of any refund over $40, totaling up to $100.
Professionalism can include any aspect of the delivery process, including but not limited to the following:
- Customer Interaction
- Restaurant Interaction
- The location where food is left
- Refusal to set up delivery
- Dismissal of Special Delivery Instructions
- No use of equipment
- No reporting of delays/ETA's
Customers can remove a gratuity from the delivery due to an unsatisfactory delivery. Should this occur, the gratuity would be removed from the delivery and deducted if already paid out.
The impact of professionalism can be very far-reaching. Restaurants depend on DeliverThat to deliver high-value orders to repeat customers, who often do not return if their orders are not delivered. This can impact future business to the restaurant, future deliveries sent to DeliverThat, and ultimately future deliveries to the drivers in your area.
We understand life happens, and factors outside of your control can impact your ability to complete a delivery. Should you have a scenario where this occurs, please make sure you document your situation. When you receive your email about your violation, you can respond to us immediately with your reasons why this happened and the documentation.
