DeliverThat's Failure to Deliver policy includes a 50% charge of any refund over $40, totaling up to $100.
At any point, should you pick up a delivery from a restaurant and it is determined the customer did not receive the food, there is a possibility of a refund being filed by the restaurant partner.

The impact of not delivering correctly can be very far-reaching. Restaurants depend on DeliverThat to deliver high-value orders to repeat customers, who often do not return if their orders are not delivered. This can impact future business to the restaurant, future deliveries sent to DeliverThat, and ultimately future deliveries to the drivers in your area.
We understand life happens, and factors outside of your control can impact your ability to complete a delivery. Should you have a scenario where this occurs, please make sure you document your situation. When you receive your email about your violation, you can respond to us immediately with your reasons why this happened and the documentation.
