Customer Doesn’t Want a Setup

When delivering on DeliverThat's platform, the best practice is to set up the order in the designated location requested by the customer. If you are unsure how to set up, please reference our examples of Restaurant setups here. There will be times when the customer requests that the food not be set up. If this occurs, the driver should take a picture of the food or the building it was delivered to and upload it into the driver app.
