Restaurant Delay

If the order is not ready upon arrival at the restaurant, drivers should notify the dispatch team directly by calling or texting the hotline number. The dispatch team will then relay this information to the correct parties. Drivers must communicate with dispatch and notify them when they are leaving to ensure they are properly compensated. Wait times must be relayed before the order is completed.  Drivers are compensated 5$ for every 15 minutes they wait past the task 1 deadline.
