DeliverThat has two types of orders, direct partner orders, and ezCater Orders. Drivers can differentiate between the two by the order ID found in the driver app. Only for direct partner orders will the driver receive a receipt. A receipt should not be provided to the driver for an ezCater Order. For all direct partner orders, the driver will receive 100% of the gratuity that the customer provides. Gratuity can be received through a pre-authorized tip or the customer signs the receipt upon delivering the food. Drivers will need to submit a picture of the receipt only if the customer has added an additional gratuity not already listed in the driver app. To do this, drivers will need to access the Driver Gratuity submission form found on the DAP or directly in the app. All gratuities must be submitted on the same day as the scheduled delivery date, before the close time of the restaurant, to be processed.
