    This seems tedious that I have to fill it out every single day. Why is it not set up to select available hours for a week. Or like a set schedule?

    I am sure you are aware of how to mark yourself available in the app as-is. This system would be to make our dispatch team aware of drivers available who are not currently marked available within the application should we need to reach out to more drivers

    Lately the app has been taking me offline on its own. I’ve reported this multiple times. I went from 24 hours online a day to really low. Sometimes it sends a notice I’m off but mostly it just signs me off. This is a HUGE issue and doesn’t help when scheduling isn’t easy to do as well. Definitely an in app calendar of time slots would be much easier to work with and I wouldn’t fear missing orders because of it.

    Thank you for the additional feedback Vanessa. If you could reach out to the hotline with your phone make and model, we are currently compiling a list to send over to our software team for people seeing the same issue. For starters, make sure you are using the DeliverThat driver app and not the old Vromo app. We are in a current process to address this specific issue
