If the Restaurant says they don't have the order there are a few things you can do:
- Please provide the Order ID and customer name to ensure they do not have this order.
- These can be found on your home screen here:
- They can also be found in your jobs tab here:
2. If this information has been provided and they still cannot find the order please contact the DeliverThat Hotline via text or call immediately at (315) 630-3330
