If you accidentally leave your bags with the customer, or for some reason or another the customer ends up keeping your bags, there are a few things that you can do.
- First, do your best to avoid leaving your bags with the customer.
- If you forget your bags or your bags are left there please contact the customer to see if you can return to get them back.
- If the customer has kept your bags and you did not leave them voluntarily please contact our hotline at (315) 630-3330. We will try and coordinate the bag's return, and if absolutely necessary provide support in getting you new bags to work with.
