- Do your best to clean up the mess or safely save any of the food without putting contaminated products back into the container.
- Do not return food that has spilled on the floor or out of the container back into the package.
- Accidents happen, so the best thing that we can do in this situation is to notify the customer and the restaurant/partner involved to get it resolved.

What if the Contents Have Spilled in my Car?
If the contents of the order have spilled and made a mess in your car due to restaurant packaging issues, and the spill is severe enough that you may need to get your car cleaned please review the following:

- Immediately get clear pictures of the incident and send them via email to driver@ideliverthat.com with an explanation of what happened.
- Be sure to provide pictures of the actual spill.
- Be sure to provide pictures of the poorly packaged products.
