    Within the first 5 uses of my bag it ripped. I was notified that you don’t replace for wear and tear…. How do I get a refund since it’s defective and I can’t use it. Wear and tear seems to be extended use. I barely had used it.

    You can contact driver@ideliverthat.com, I do not believe we would provide a refund for a product that has been used though.

    That’s the issue. The bag should not have ripped within 5 uses. My other bags are fine and I use them often.
