Fixing the error message on iPhone and Android that prevents you from sliding available on the DeliverThat Driver Application.
The Error Message
- This is the basic error message that drivers often face when trying to slide available on the application.
For iPhone
- Go to your settings for your phone

- Find the DeliverThat App towards the bottom (ordered alphabetically).
3. After opening DeliverThat you will come to this screen and you will want to focus on location,
notifications, and motion & fitness if available.
4. Be sure motion & fitness is green and turned on if you have that option (older iphones do not).
5. Open location and set to "always allow". (The app does not "always" track you. After a short time that you have not been on the app your location turns off.)
6. Go back into and open up the "notifications" section and be sure they are turned on as well.
7. Now you should be able to go back into the DeliverThat App and slide available. You may need to close it out completely and re-open it.
For Android
- Find your phone settings. The settings icon may look similar to this.
2. Find "apps and notifications" under your settings.
3. After finding "apps and notifications" you will want to navigate to the DeliverThat app.
4. You will then be brought to a screen similar to this where you will focus on the "notifications" and "permissions" sections.
5. In the permissions section you will want to select "location" and set it to "always allow" (The app does not "always" track you. After a short time that you have not been on the app your location turns off). You will also want to turn on "physical activity" if available.
6. You will then want to go back to the "notifications" tab and turn notifications on.
7. Now you should be able to go back into the DeliverThat App and slide available. You may need to close it out completely and re-open it.
