    Unfortunately we can not control traffic no matter how early we leave a head of schedule. Im not going to get a traffic violation because the timer is wrong or the traffic is so backed up and there is nothing myself or other drivers can control. I do understand its not professional to keep a customer waiting. We drivers also have to wait long periods of time at the merchants because they are behind which then puts us behind. If we are making notes then are we still getting a violation if its something we can not control? I just want this clarification not just for myself but for other drivers as well. Thank you!

    I had 2 order for today. Opened my app yesterday afternoon and they were gone. No notice, nothing! My app has not made a peep since yesterday morning and it goes off non stop from 5-7pm Sunday-Thursday.
    Someone tell me why???

    Hi Katherine, I would suggest reaching out to the hotline in real-time when these scenarios happen. The most likely answer is that ezCater canceled the deliveries in which case you should have received a notification from the app that a delivery was removed/canceled.

    I did and they said they knew nothing! I got zero notice. Transparency is not high!

    In the simplest terms, we realistically may not know what happened. We have a direct integration with ezCater so when they cancel their deliveries they are just pulled from our system. It is not a lack of transparency but a lack of awareness or notification from the app that I believe could be done better. If you need anything else please reach out to the hotline!

    The app needs a notification section where messages are. I got no notification that orders were taken away. Had I not opened my app around 5 and sae them gone, I would have gotten up and ready at 5am and then seen they were gone. I would have been very unhappy!
    The order I had for the afternoon was not canceled as I was told, because I saw it delivered and the driver told me they were with DT. Didn't realize pj's were proper attire but not my problem. Anyways, I app hasn't made a peep since my last delivery Thursday afternoon, just very odd
