You will receive an email stating the violation and other pertinent information. Deliveries will not be available in the DeliverThat app until you complete our Re-Education Quiz.
The link to the quiz will be available in the email sent to you, or you can access it below. This quiz will review DeliverThat's policies and procedures in an attempt to avoid further violations. After successfully completing this quiz, Driver Relations will notify you that your account is active.

I'm just wondering what to do to get my account reactivated

Unfortunately we can not control traffic no matter how early we leave a head of schedule. Im not going to get a traffic violation because the timer is wrong or the traffic is so backed up and there is nothing myself or other drivers can control. I do understand its not professional to keep a customer waiting. We drivers also have to wait long periods of time at the merchants because they are behind which then puts us behind. If we are making notes then are we still getting a violation if its something we can not control? I just want this clarification not just for myself but for other drivers as well. Thank you!
Hi Katherine, I would suggest reaching out to the hotline in real-time when these scenarios happen. The most likely answer is that ezCater canceled the deliveries in which case you should have received a notification from the app that a delivery was removed/canceled.
In the simplest terms, we realistically may not know what happened. We have a direct integration with ezCater so when they cancel their deliveries they are just pulled from our system. It is not a lack of transparency but a lack of awareness or notification from the app that I believe could be done better. If you need anything else please reach out to the hotline!
I have been working for over a year and i got suspended for no reason. They asked me to take education test. I tried to take it 10 times but always giving an error. Is there a video for me to watch? I could not find any.
I have been asking to become elite status because it has more money. I am the best driver in Boston. All the dispatchers know me. I received speacial thanks from customers many times. I dropped my phone and i broke right after delivery and i could not be available. As a result they suspended my account. I tried to explain it many times but they wouldn't listen. I hope they reactivate my account soon.
Thank you for the suggestions but i make living from DeliverThat (even though they dont care about it) So i can't move anywhere at this moment. Motto is "for drivers, by drivers" 🤣🤗
