Did you have a bad experience with a customer at the drop-off location? If so, please do the following:
- Always attempt to diffuse the situation with a rude customer. If they are not accommodating or you believe they are incorrect, please call us at our Driver Hotline so we can clear any confusion with you or the customer.
- Reach out to the hotline by text or phone call. We are consistently in contact with our partners and we appreciate being given feedback, positive or negative. We will relay any and all information that is provided to us.
- Do not go back to that customer. Please take note of the delivery address and the customer information and reach out to us at the Driver Hotline if you accept another delivery that is going to the same customer.
