If you are unable to locate your delivery address, please do the following:
1. Find the special delivery instructions for your delivery in the DeliverThat app.
2. If a business name is listed, use Google to verify the address provided in the DeliverThat app.
- If the business name is not listed move to step 3.
3. Call the customer to confirm the address in the DeliverThat app is the correct customer address.
- If the customer does not answer your phone call after 2 attempts, call the Driver Hotline immediately. (315) 630-3330
