Providing better customer service starts with active communication and transparency. Often times better customer service results in larger gratuity. Contacting the customer while you are on the way to the drop-off location is a great opportunity to alert the customer of your ETA and also ask for anything, inclding other specific drop-off instructions.
- To view the customer phone number in the DeliverThat App, go into the Jobs tab > Click on the specific job > Click 'Contact'. This will give you the option to 'Call Customer' or 'SMS Customer'.
If you are unable to reach the customer, a secondary phone number may be found in the job details. If you still cannot reach the customer, please call our Driver Hotline at (833) 781-7880 for additional support.
