DeliverThat's No Show policy includes a 50% charge of any refund over $40, totaling up to $100.
A no-show is an act of not picking up a delivery that was accepted in the DeliverThat app. This can include some of the following circumstances.
- If you are offline in the DeliverThat app and unreachable via call or text at least 30 minutes before the pickup time
- DeliverThat cannot view your location in the app
- Do not show up for a delivery
The impacts of a no-show can be very far-reaching. Restaurants depend on DeliverThat to deliver high-value orders to repeat customers, who often do not return if their orders are not delivered. This can impact future business to the restaurant, future deliveries sent to DeliverThat, and ultimately future deliveries to the drivers in your area.
We understand life happens, and factors outside of your control can impact your ability to complete a delivery. Should you have a scenario where this occurs, please make sure you document your situation. When you receive your email for your no-show, you can respond to us immediately with your reasons why this happened and the documentation.
If you do have deductions processing that you believe are unwarranted, please email driver@ideliverthat.com.
These policies are all listed in your contractor agreement provided to you with DeliverThat. If you would like to request a copy of that agreement, please also reach out to driver@ideliverthat.com.
