- The best way to handle any verbal altercation with a restaurant employee is to apologize and simply wait for the food to be prepared. Do not try to prove your point or push the situation further. Confusion often happens when restaurant employees are not aware of our policies or procedures.
- Relay any and all information to our Driver Hotline immediately. Whether the issue was store delay, packaging, attitude, or all of the above, we love to receive feedback from our drivers, positive or negative. We have communication channels in place with all parties involved and will be able to relay your feedback to that partner. We will always follow up with you to ensure this situation does not occur in the future.
