Can't Find Pickup

If you are unable to locate the pickup location, please do the following:

• Look at the address provided in the app, then GPS the address name listed. Does the address provided match the address now listed in your GPS? If yes, please reach out to the hotline for further instructions. If no, please navigate to the address in your GPS and let the hotline know if you are going to be late to the pickup location.
