At DeliverThat, we take pride in providing professional, high-quality service to our restaurant partners and their customers. A key part of that service is the way our drivers present themselves. Your appearance directly impacts a merchant’s brand reputation, and many of our partners expect a professional presentation from the drivers handling their orders. Dressing appropriately helps build trust and ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
Why Appearance Matters
When you arrive for a delivery, you are representing not only yourself but also DeliverThat and our restaurant partners. Maintaining a professional appearance reinforces confidence in the service we provide and helps strengthen relationships with our merchants. Failure to meet these expectations can result in negative feedback, refunds, loss of trust, and even refusal of service.
Accountability & Enforcement
As noted in the driver onboarding process, all drivers should follow the Driver Appearance Guidelines to uphold the level of professionalism our partners expect. Merchants have the ability to provide real-time feedback to our support team regarding driver appearance.
It’s important to note that merchants may refuse service to drivers who arrive without proper attire and equipment. Additionally, drivers who fail to meet appearance expectations may face account suspension or removal based on these Professionalism Incidents.
